Thank you, thank you for your excellant customer service! My 13 year old nephew told me the wrong size slipper for him for Christmas and they were way too big. It was so easy to ship the big slippers back to you and order a smaller size (which he received yesterday and says they are perfect). Your entire system is efficient and user friendly.
